Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They apply to everyone who uses this website or enrols in any course, class, test series, mentorship or study-material programme of Global IAS Academy, Bengaluru.

1Acceptance of terms

By using globaliasacademy.com, submitting an enquiry or admission form, paying fees or attending any class, test or programme of Global IAS Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Our services

Global IAS Academy is a private coaching institute. We provide coaching and guidance for UPSC Civil Services, KPSC KAS, KEA, KSP and other competitive examinations through offline classroom batches, live online classes, recorded video lectures on our mobile/web app, test series, mentorship programmes and printed or digital study material.

We are not affiliated with UPSC, KPSC, KEA, KSP or any government body. Recruitment information on this website is for general guidance only – always check the official notification and website of the conducting authority before applying.

3Admission and eligibility

• Admission is confirmed only after the application form, required documents and the applicable fee (or first instalment) are received.
• You must provide true and complete information. Admission may be cancelled, without refund, if information or documents are found to be false.
• It is your responsibility to check your eligibility (age, qualification, attempts, category) for the examination you are preparing for.

4Fees and payment

• Course fees are as per the fee structure communicated at the time of admission and are fixed by the academy as per its own rules.
• Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged extra where applicable.
• Instalments, if allowed, must be paid on the agreed dates. Access to classes, app, tests or material may be paused until pending fees are paid.
• Always collect an official receipt for every payment. Pay only to the academy’s official bank account, UPI or payment link.
• Refunds, transfers and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5Course delivery and changes

To run the academy smoothly, Global IAS Academy may, for administrative or academic reasons, change faculty members, venue or branch, class timings, schedule, or the teaching method of a class (for example offline classroom, live interactive online or recorded video) during the course. We will inform students in advance wherever possible.

Personal guidance, mentorship, study-material guidance and online/offline classes are provided up to the respective examination for which the course was taken, or for the validity period stated at admission.

6Examinations and results

• Examinations are conducted by UPSC, the State Public Service Commissions, KEA and other authorities. Global IAS Academy prepares students based on the rules, eligibility, scheme, syllabus and pattern applicable for the current year.
• We are not responsible for any change in exam rules, syllabus, pattern or dates, or for postponement or cancellation of any examination by the conducting body, and fees will not be refunded or readjusted for such reasons.
• Coaching improves preparation but does not guarantee selection, marks or rank. Results depend on each student’s effort and the exam process.

7Online access, app and accounts

• Login access to our app, recorded classes, online tests and e-books is personal and non-transferable. Sharing logins or screens with others may lead to suspension of access without refund.
• App and online services depend on internet connectivity, devices and third-party platforms. We take care to keep them available, but we are not liable for temporary technical issues, downtime or minor errors in content.
• Access is available for the course validity period stated at admission.

8Intellectual property

All lectures, videos, notes, books, test papers, presentations, website content and the Global IAS Academy name and logo are the property of Global IAS Academy. You may use them only for your personal preparation. Recording, copying, reselling, uploading or sharing any course content on social media, Telegram, YouTube or other platforms is strictly prohibited and may lead to cancellation of admission without refund and legal action.

9Student conduct

Students must maintain discipline and respectful behaviour with faculty, staff and fellow students, follow centre rules, and take care of academy property. The academy may suspend or cancel the admission of a student for misconduct, harassment, misuse of material or repeated violation of rules, without refund.

10Use of this website

• We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Course details, fees and batch timings are subject to change – please confirm with our team.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or spam enquiries.

11Communication consent

By submitting your details, you authorise Global IAS Academy to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiry, admission and our courses. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global IAS Academy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific course concerned.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. If not resolved, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. The terms in force on the date of your admission apply to your course, together with any later changes communicated to you.
